The Jorgji 20kg unit or J20 is a great way to recover the organic resources from your restaurant, hotel, motel, school cafeteria or other single venue food service outlet.
Capable of processing up to 20kg of organic waste per cycle, run times vary between 3 to 12 hours depending on the volume and nature of the input: wet resources such as noodles, pastas, sauce rich food sources and heavy protein rich inputs will take longer to cycle through than say dry bakery goods.
90% volume reductions can be achieved without odours and eliminating harmful climate changing methane. The unit is mounted on castors for ease of cleaning in and around the machine and the control panel gives you both full control and updates on cycle progress.
